Pros should offer excellent customer service and deliver quality work at reasonable prices. Homeowners, in turn, should appreciate the time and resources of the pros. Additionally, give honest reviews based on their performance.
Professionalism
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Communicate clearly and frequently to foster comfort and understanding throughout the process.
Honesty
Fulfill your commitments and be transparent about your expectations and limitations. If a job exceeds your skills or licensing, let the homeowner know. Homeowners should also be forthcoming about their intentions regarding a project and any changes to the original agreement.
Reliability
Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails. Show respect for each other’s time by being punctual and present at all scheduled meetings. Avoid leaving anyone in the dark about your availability.
Inclusivity
Embrace diversity and avoid discrimination based on race, national origin, social and economic class, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, political belief, religion, or any other characteristic. Easytrade has a strict zero-tolerance policy for discrimination.
Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in the removal of users from our platform.
